Isn't that the former Union Oil building? Now B of A?
My dad worked there when it was the Union Oil buliding.

It is the Bank of America clock, near the start of the Bay Bridge in SF. I am uncertain of history but I did hear a rumour about its future. Apparently it will be knocked down to make way for the new Bay bridge...!?
