I love this picture of my nephew Dillon. Can you guess where it was taken? If you know the answer, you'll be able to explain the significance of this location.
It is me Dillon, Glendalough was a monastry, we think it was one of the first stone monastries and was where Pagans were introduced to Christianity, therefore a lot of the tombstones are crosses inside a circle. The Pagans worshipped the sun and the monks incorporated this into their teachings.
You will know straight away its in Ireland. Not because of the round towerin the picture but because it's looks grey,cold, wet and miserable. A typical Irish day!

My Mum and I think that photo was taken at Glendalough, the place with the pointy yoke. It's significant because I've been there.
